Updated rooms with a microwave oven, an air conditioning and an individual safe, etc. Exceptionally good view overlooking street. The location was awesome and best possible, just a pleasant stroll away from Museum Co. All the staff were exceptional.

Great location within walking distance of a renovated stadium - super convenient! The room was brand-new and had air conditioning. Loved that it also had a mini refrigerator and microwave to use. 🌟

The central location is great, and the rooms here are always fantastic and bright.

The apartment is big, the sofa bed is comfortable. There is a door between the living room and the room, so our son could sleep there in privacity. We took the bicycles complimentary for 3 hours and as the hotel is in downtown we could see Vancouver on our own, without sightseeing tours. Breakfast is good too.

Good all round service and desire to please.Very clean rooms with excellent floor housemaid to service the facility on 15th floor.Free wifi for us as Hilton Honours guests.
Could have better bedside lighting for reading in twin queen suites.Would have liked a jug to boil water for tea instead of having to use slow coffee machine.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, which were absolutely delicious. The room was spotless and included a cozy living room area. I also appreciated having a kettle available for use. The view of downtown from the room was particularly stunning 🌆.

Good location as near to gastown and waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking.
Breakfast while having a reasonable choice all the food was rather processed and not always very hot. The eating area was too small for such a large and busy hotel and we had to wait and/or split up as a family to get a table. Th room was not very fresh smelling.
